My goal is for each of my pieces, to travel to at least one spot on this earth…’

We try to make the delivery system work as efficiently as much in order to minimize the wait and maximize speed, considering your convenience.

The shipping rates vary between Simple & Express and are categorized in regions by taking in mind the distance combined with the ease of access.

 

-Greece

For Greece Free Standard Shipping on orders over 150€| For orders under 150€ the Standard Shipping is 3.00€.

 

-European Union

For Europe Free Standard Shipping on orders over 300€.| For orders under 300€ the Standard Shipping is 15.00€.

 

-United States of America

For USA Free Standard Shipping on orders over 370€.| For orders under 370€ the Standard Shipping is 25.00€.

 

-United Kingdom

For UK Free Standard Shipping on orders over 370€.| For orders under 370€ the Standard Shipping is 25.00€.

 

-Rest of the World

For the Rest of the World Free Standard Shipping on orders over 400€.| For orders under 400€ the Standard Shipping is 35.00€.


Shipping Status

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a URL to check the status of your order. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.


Any duties, taxes and customs clearance fees assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Taxes

Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. It depends on the policy of your country’s post service. We apologize for that, but it’s something over us.

We do our best to value the packages at a rate that is honest and fair. We risk big fines and potential country wide banning if we do not honestly list the values of our goods. However, we do our best to value all pages at less than their listed retail value.

 

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items/ Custom made pieces

Our jewellery is hand-crafted to order based on your specifications. In case of refusing to receive the package there will be No Refund as every piece is made for specific measurements to order. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind. In the event that a product you have ordered is faulty or in any other way does not match your order specifications contact us immediately to arrange the return of your order within 10 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted at our facility.

 

Delivery Cost

All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the jewlery is defective or damaged.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All returns & exchanges, unless for a damaged or defective product, are to be paid for by the customer.

 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Personal informations for the Refund

Pay Pal Account Name/Card Holder Name – Pay Pal Account Number or IBAN Number – Bank Name/Details for us to issue the refund.

 

**Interbank transaction costs are equally divided between the customer and the company
