RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL OF OUR PIECES\JEWELRY ARE EXCLUSIVE HANDCRAFTED TO ORDER, IN OUR WORKSHOP.
Please read the product description carefully. If you have any questions regarding the size, color, dimensions, or weight of any item, do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to provide all additional information needed to ensure a safe and confident purchase.
I. Made-to-Order Products – Customized Jewelry
All jewelry is individually handcrafted upon order according to the customer’s chosen design and size. We do not keep stock or conduct mass production. Each piece is created specifically based on the customer’s request and selection, including specifications, design choices, and sizes. This makes the products clearly customized in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Under Article 3i(b) of Law 2251/1994 and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that for made-to-order or customized products, the consumer cannot cancel the purchase or request a refund, as would be possible for standard off-the-shelf items.
By ordering a piece of jewelry from us, you are purchasing a product made specifically for you based on your choices (design, size). Once production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled or returned. This protects the manufacturer, as a customized product cannot reasonably be resold or reused if made to unique customer specifications.
Please ensure all details before ordering.
Before placing your order and completing payment, carefully verify all choices (size, design, or any other attribute). Our jewelry is handcrafted and made exclusively to your specifications.
II. Order Modifications
If you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, i.e., before crafting begins, you may contact us to modify your order, select a different product of the same or higher value, or adjust order details (e.g., size, material, design) at no additional cost.
Once crafting has started, no changes or returns are allowed due to a change of mind, due to the personalized nature of the items.
III. Refusal of Delivery or Incorrect Orders
If you refuse delivery of your product, no refund will be issued, as each item is made according to specific, made-to-order measurements.
Returns are not accepted due to customer errors during ordering or a change of mind.
IV. Defective Products
In the unforeseen event that the product you receive is defective or does not match your order specifications, please contact us immediately within 10 days of receipt to arrange a return, repair, replacement, or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect the item to confirm its defect and inform you whether the return has been approved.
If approved and a refund is requested, the amount will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that processing may take some time, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
IMPORTANT: Damage caused by misuse or improper care, contrary to the recommended jewelry care instructions, is not considered a defect. Please read and follow all care guidelines for your jewelry silver care.

COD is available only for orders within Greece and for amounts up to €200 A small COD fee of €4 applies.

We aim to make the delivery process as efficient as possible in order to minimize waiting times and maximize speed, while keeping your convenience in mind. Shipping rates vary between Standard and Express options and are categorized by regions, taking into account distance and accessibility.

Shipping Status
You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number and a URL to check the status of your order. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be sent in a separate email.
Any duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Taxes
Some countries may charge import duties or other fees depending on the policies of your country’s postal service. We apologize for any inconvenience, but these charges are beyond our control. We do our best to declare package values honestly and fairly. Misdeclaration may result in fines or country-wide shipping restrictions. We aim to declare package values below the retail value, while remaining accurate.
Delivery Costs & Shipping Responsibility
All shipping and postage costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of return for the purpose of verifying that the piece of jewelry is defective.
